



Richard Yetsenga, chief currency strategist at HSBC Holdings Plc, talks with Bloomberg's Bernard Lo in Hong Kong about a report today showing Japanese businesses cut investment last quarter at twice the pace economists predicted, and the outlook for the yen and dollar. Capital spending excluding software fell 7.3 percent in the three months ended Dec. 31 from a year earlier, a third straight quarterly decline, the Ministry of Finance said in Tokyo.
