Recreation - Harvard IL Harvard and McHenry County offer a myriad of recreational activities in this beautiful area on the Wisconsin-Illinois border. Harvard’s parks contain sports fields and courts, playgrounds, sledding hills, ice rink, walking trails and fishing and picnic areas while providing plenty of green space to enjoy the area’s natural beauty.
