Keane have kicked off their European tour in Germany. The British pop trio performed songs from their new album Perfect Symmetry for the first time. The album was released after a break of nearly two years and the lads insist their music reflects the fun they had making it. "We've had a great time as a band, and it felt like we were back to doing what we really love, which is making music and hanging out. I think we felt we lost those things. And I think all of that has been reflected in the music." The band became one of the most successful groups to come out of the UK, since their first major single, Everybody's Changing, topped several music charts. They say it is something they had never predicted. "It was fantastic when people responded so amazingly positively to that song especially, as it was the first song we put out." Keane are currently on the road and will cover dates in Germany, Spain, France, Holland, Belgium and Scandinavia, before heading home to the UK in January.
