Jerram of Macquarie Says Bank of Japan Shouldn't Raise Rates

Richard Jerram, chief Japan economist at Macquarie Securities Ltd., talks with Bloomberg's Paul Gordon from Tokyo about reports today showing a drop in Japan's March consumer prices and ratio of jobs to applicants, and the outlook for Bank of Japan monetary policy and so-called yen carry trades.
