Diebel of Nomura Says 10-Year Treasury Yield May Fall to 4.4%

Charles Diebel, head of European rates strategy at Nomura International Plc, talks with Bloomberg's Nigel Stevenson and Naga Munchetty in London about the outlook for U.S. 10-year Treasury yields, U.S. economic growth and tomorrow's interest-rate decision by the European Central Bank. The ECB will probably take rates into the range that economists say neither restrains nor stimulates growth. All 38 analysts surveyed by Bloomberg News forecast that the benchmark refinancing rate will rise to 3.75 percent from 3.5 percent. (Source: Bloomberg)
