



Charles Diebel, head of European rates strategy at Nomura International Plc, talks with Bloomberg's Nigel Stevenson and Naga Munchetty in London about the outlook for U.S. 10-year Treasury yields, U.S. economic growth and tomorrow's interest-rate decision by the European Central Bank. The ECB will probably take rates into the range that economists say neither restrains nor stimulates growth.
