Tsvangirai on Zimbabwe run-off

Zimbabwe's opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai has told the BBC the country's government is a rogue regime.But in the interview with Orla Guerin he said he was open to negotiations.Meanwhile, the government has named a date for a second-round run-off in Zimbabwe's disputed presidential election - it will be on 27 June.
